Position Summary

The responsibility of the E-Commerce Administrative Assistant is to assist in achieving the company’s strategic objective by following and innovating company systems and processes. Work directly with Sales Reps and Sales Team Lead to ensure department needs are met and department goals are achieved.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process online orders
• Answer phones
• Check and respond to emails
• Assist with customer questions
• Recognize priorities and problem-solving
• Checking part availability with Vendors
• Complete basic part orders with part numbers provided by customers
• Transfer calls to a Tech or the parts department based on their needs
• Follow up with customers, including on Techs’ estimates
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and existing customers
• Direct leads from the Drift website chat system and WooCommerce Inbox
• Employ sales techniques
• Follow the HHP system and report any problems to management immediately
• Capable of suggesting products and services
• After successful training, work Saturday shifts in rotation with other upper-level sales staff

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Basic computer skills
• Able to speak clearly and confidently over the phone to customers

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Prolonged periods of sitting
• Office environment.
• Typing and entering data
• Inbound and Outbound Calling
