Consultant , you’ll help customers bring their dream projects to life while growing your career in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
● Meet homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations
● Listen to customer needs and provide expert recommendations
● Show samples, explain product benefits, and close deals
● Prepare easy-to-understand estimates and proposals
● Manage your sales pipeline and stay organized with our CRM system
● Partner with our professional installation team to ensure satisfaction
● Consistently achieve sales goals
What You Bring
● A proven background in sales (remodeling, flooring, construction, or related field
preferred)
● Confidence, energy, and strong people skills
● A solutions-focused, can-do attitude
● Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
● Desire to earn and grow—our top sales reps are highly rewarded
