Multicraft Maintenance Technician — Facilities & Production Assets

We’re looking for a multicraft maintenance pro who thrives on diagnosing complex issues, fabricating clever fixes, and keeping both production and facility systems running safely and efficiently.

Your impact

• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults; read prints and schematics to drive fast root-cause fixes.
• Weld (MIG/TIG/Arc) on steel and aluminum; machine parts on lathes and mills; build fixtures and jigs.
• Handle basic plumbing and copper air lines to support facility reliability.
• Execute work orders, track PMs and repairs, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with and monitor outside contractors for quality and compliance.
• Assist with janitorial tasks; maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop.
• Serve as backup to the maintenance supervisor when required.

Schedule

• Primarily first shift.
• Occasional on-call rotation covering nights and weekends.
• Flexibility to support changing business needs.

Must-haves

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–7 years in maintenance or fabrication.
• Valid driver’s license; operate a Hilo (forklift) and maintain certification.
• Electrical skills including safe multimeter use and computer-based diagnostics; familiarity with PLC environments.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics and mechanical prints.
• Welding proficiency (MIG/TIG/Arc); machining with micrometers, calipers, lathe, and mill.
• Experience fabricating fixtures and jigs.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and copper air lines.
• Strong safety mindset; prioritize safety-related work orders.
• Comfort with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
