At Righter’s Auto Repair , the front counter isn’t chaos—it’s controlled, structured, and intentional . We’re looking for a Service Advisor who can lead the customer experience and keep the shop moving the right way.

What You’re Responsible For

• Guiding customers through the repair process clearly and confidently
• Building estimates and communicating value (not just price)
• Keeping workflow organized and moving—not backed up and reactive
• Working directly with techs to keep everything aligned
• Owning problems and seeing them through
