- Customer training: Conduct engaging training sessions (remote and on-site) to ensure opt imal pr oduct use.
- Customer engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships while addressing inquiries and resolving challenges.
- Creative problem-solving: Contribute to product success through hands-on involvement.
- Feedback collaboration: Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, driving product improvements.
- Product development support: Contribute to the growth and success of our product through hands-on involvement and creative problem-solving.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or similar roles, ideally in SaaS or e-mobility .
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Mindset: Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a creative and independent working style.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills for client calls, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Swedish; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
- Location: Based in Sweden with occasional on-site visits.
