Salary Range: $68,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality inspection personnel and technicians.
• Ensure strict adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS), regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA), and internal procedures.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and analyze quality data, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the execution of incoming, in-process, and final product inspections and testing.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, records, and reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 quality management systems.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a quality team.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process analysis and improvement.
• Experience with specific Quality Management System (QMS) software platforms (e.g., SAP QM, MasterControl).
• Prior experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical device, aerospace, automotive).
