Salary Range: $72,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical and automation failures on production lines.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance electrical system reliability, efficiency, and safety.
• Manage electrical aspects of capital projects, including specification, installation, and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain accurate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance technicians and production personnel.
• Ensure all electrical installations and modifications comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, automation, and robotics.
• Experience with industrial power distribution, motor controls, and electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in complex manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, sensors, and data acquisition systems for process control.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
• Familiarity with robotic systems and their integration into manufacturing lines.
• Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Arc Flash and NFPA 70E safety training.
