Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from design to full-scale production.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Specify, procure, and qualify new manufacturing equipment and technologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process optimization and efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and analysis of manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex manufacturing issues and implement solutions.
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and automated systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with discrete event simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, C#, VBA) for automation or data analysis
• Hands-on experience with robotics programming or industrial automation systems
• Experience with ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) implementation or advanced module optimization
