Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Troubleshoot process deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and validate new manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality, R&D) to support operational goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and statistical process control (SPC).
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing safety standards and quality management systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with PLC programming, SCADA, or DCS systems
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical process control (SPC)
• Experience with specific industry regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, AS9100)
