We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help us expand our client base and build strong relationships within the local business community.

Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative who is highly motivated, confident, and passionate about prospecting, networking, and closing deals.

This role is primarily remote but requires attending local networking events, meeting with prospects in person, and traveling to Grand Blanc, Michigan on a weekly basis.

The ideal candidate has prior sales experience and is comfortable with cold calling, relationship building, and working independently.

This position starts as commission-only, with the opportunity to transition into a base salary plus commission plan after 60 days based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Cold call local businesses
• Conduct in-person prospecting and door-to-door outreach
• Attend Chamber of Commerce meetings, networking events, and trade shows
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
• Conduct discovery calls and presentations
• Send proposals and follow up consistently
• Update the CRM daily
• Build long-term relationships in the local business community

Compensation
This role begins as commission-only. After 60 days, top performers may be offered a base salary plus commission compensation plan.

There is no cap on earnings.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable with cold calling and networking
• Organized and disciplined
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel to Grand Blanc, Michigan on a weekly basis
