Little Dreamers Daycare LLC is a licensed childcare center dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow. We believe every child deserves individualized care, meaningful learning experiences, and loving guidance from dedicated educators.

We are currently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Assistant Teacher to join our Big Dippers Room , serving children 30 months to 7 years old .

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM after August.
• Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher with implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for all children.
• Supervise children during indoor play, outdoor play, meals, rest time, and transitions.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Assist children with toileting, handwashing, meals, and other daily routines.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
• Follow all Michigan childcare licensing rules, health and safety procedures, and daycare policies.
• Help document children’s daily activities and communicate professionally with families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting.
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day.
