We’re looking for a dedicated Social Worker Supervisor to lead our Adult Behavioral Health Program. This is an impactful leadership role where you’ll oversee both the administrative and clinical operations that directly support clients, institutions, and the broader community.

As a key leader in the Adult Behavioral Health Program, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure quality service delivery, and provide both clinical and administrative leadership to your team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage all program operations, from administration to clinical services
-Oversee the delivery of behavioral health services to clients and institutions in the community
-Provide after-hours crisis coverage support as needed
-Supervise, support, and develop program staff to maintain high standards of care
-Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements

Licensure Required – LMSW, LPC, or LLP (full license only)
