Creative Programs & Systems (CPS) is seeking a full-time, in-house Web Programmer/Designer to join our team in Brighton, Michigan. This role involves developing and maintaining multiple web applications and websites for our diverse and growing client base. We serve industries ranging from automotive to healthcare and everything in between.

The ideal candidate is a logical problem solver who can work independently while collaborating effectively on shared projects. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about web development and design.

We are looking for someone with experience and passion for:

· Mobile/Responsive Web Design

· Browser Compatibility

· JavaScript/jQuery

· PHP

· HTML5

· CSS3

· SQL

· Android Studio

Additional Qualifications & Expectations:

· Solid understanding of internet technologies

· Fast learner with the ability to implement feedback immediately

· Strong ability to effectively manage multiple assignments

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

· Eager to learn new technologies and adapt to daily tasks

· Team player with a positive attitude and strong morale

Required Education/Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 2 years+ professional development experience
