Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Develop, implement, and sustain CI strategies aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks to propose and implement effective solutions.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CI project effectiveness and impact.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and workshops to drive problem-solving and process optimization.
• Promote and embed a strong culture of continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing facility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional improvement projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving tools, and process mapping.
• Strong communication and change management skills to drive organizational adoption.

Bonus Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with Industry 4.0 or digital transformation initiatives
• Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs
