Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators and technicians.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and manufacturing procedures.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and process inefficiencies.
• Train and mentor new production personnel, fostering skill development and teamwork.
• Track and report key production metrics, including output, downtime, and scrap rates.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a production team to achieve output and quality targets.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification (e.g., Yellow Belt, Green Belt)
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools
• Experience with basic PLC troubleshooting or industrial automation
• Formal training or experience in coaching and mentoring team members
