Remote Agent Assistant
Overview:
The Remote Agent Assistant provides administrative and operational support to real estate agents, enabling them to focus on client-facing activities. This position requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in real estate tools, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

Manage and organize agents' schedules, appointments, and property showings.
Handle correspondence with clients, vendors, and other agents.
Prepare and maintain documentation for property transactions, including contracts, disclosures, and addenda.
Marketing Assistance:

Create and update property listings on Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and real estate websites.
Design and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, email campaigns, and social media posts.
Monitor and respond to inquiries from online marketing campaigns.
Client Support:

Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
Assist with coordination between clients, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders during the transaction process.
Data Management:

Maintain and update the client and lead database using CRM software.
Track progress on transactions and generate reports for agents.
Other Tasks:

Conduct research on market trends, property values, and comparable sales.
Provide general operational support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in real estate or administrative roles preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., MLS, DocuSign, CRM tools).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with real estate regulations and terminology.
Graphic design or social media management experience.
Customer service background.
