We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to perform precision welding and fabrication using multiple techniques. The role includes working from blueprints and producing high quality, accurate work.

Welder / Fabricator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Perform diverse welding operations using TIG, MIG, and Stick/Wire processes on both Aluminum and Steel materials.
• Fabricate metal parts and structures according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine appropriate welding methods and sequences.
• Operate and maintain various welding equipment, hand tools, and shop machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report directly to a designated supervisor, providing updates on progress and any issues encountered.

Welder / Fabricator Qualifications:

• Experienced Welder/Fabricator in industrial environments
• Proficient in TIG, MIG, and Stick/Wire welding
• Skilled in welding aluminum and steel
• Strong metal fabrication abilities (cutting, bending, shaping)
• Able to read and interpret complex blueprints
• Basic math skills related to welding and fabrication
• Ability to lift 50lbs when needed.
• Must have a welding helmet.
