The Special Education Paraprofessional assists the teacher in providing for the physical and instructional
needs of an individual student with moderate to severe disabilities. The paraprofessional assists with the
implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including self-help, behavioral management,
and instructional programs.
