Job Description

This floater position operates on the 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. As a floater, you will assemble rack holders and provide assistance in various areas, particularly when staff is unavailable. This role offers a great entry-level opportunity to explore different areas and potentially progress to machine operating.

Responsibilities

• Assemble rack holders efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in various areas as needed, especially during staff shortages.
• Gain exposure to different operational areas to determine preferred specialization.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met in all tasks.

Essential Skills

• General production experience
• Assembly skills
• Basic machine operating knowledge
• Mechanical aptitude
• 6 months of manufacturing experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
