Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
• Manage and lead production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage the supply chain to ensure material availability and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, sales, quality) to achieve overall business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record of implementing and sustaining continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing production teams.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, and driving cost efficiencies within a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, robotics)
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience managing unionized workforces
