Maintenance Supervisor (Farmington Hills)
Adecco is supporting a manufacturing client in the Farmington Hills, MI area in the search for a Maintenance Supervisor (2nd shift).
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced production environment. The right person will be leading a team while also jumping in to troubleshoot and keep equipment running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support maintenance technicians on 2nd shift
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ensure equipment uptime and support production needs
- Drive preventative maintenance programs and continuous improvement
- Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve issues
Qualifications:
- Maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting ability
- Experience with PLCs and automated equipment preferred
- Comfortable working on the floor in a hands-on capacity
Details:
- 2nd shift
- Monday through Friday
- Base salary: $80K – $105K + overtime/bonus potential
