We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a part-time housekeeping role, for our short term rentals. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating clean, organized, and welcoming spaces while providing consistent support in a professional environment.
Responsibilities- Perform and maintain routine cleaning tasks throughout the condos, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Restock supplies as needed and notify the appropriate contact when items are low.
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and tidy environment.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with site procedures.
- Identify and report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety issues.
- Complete assigned duties efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Previous housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and reaching during the shift.
- Good communication skills and a professional, courteous approach.
- Must have a drivers license and a reliable transportation source.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Respectful of privacy, confidentiality, and property.
- Part-time schedule with the busier months being June - October
