Salary Range: $67,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, including new hires and existing employees.
• Assess training needs across various departments and identify skill gaps to inform training content and delivery.
• Design, create, and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring optimal attendance and resource allocation.
• Deliver training on safety procedures, quality standards, operational processes, and equipment usage.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain training records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to ensure training relevance and accuracy.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training programs.
• - Proficiency in learning management system (LMS) administration and reporting.
• - Certification in adult learning principles or instructional design.
• - Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance training specific to manufacturing environments.
• - Experience in developing and delivering train-the-trainer programs.
