Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, or systems.
• Install, commission, and test new machinery and production lines.
• Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and adherence to specifications.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Vocational training or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills.
• Proficiency in reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
