Finity, Inc., a leading provider in health intelligence and engagement solutions, seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team.

About the Role
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for Finity’s diabetes prevention and health coaching programs based out of Petoskey, Michigan. This entry-level role also serves as the primary on-site administrative contact for Finity’s Petoskey office, supporting office and program communications for team members in offsite locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Support onsite operations and act as a liaison with Finity’s broader organizational teams.
- Provide administrative and operational support for diabetes prevention and other health coaching programs.
- Conduct and support program-related research, including data collection, tracking, and report preparation.
- Prepare program reports, summaries, and performance metrics for internal review and audits.
- Maintain and organize participant records, program files, and office documentation.
Salary: $20/hour
Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays weekly 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. minimum, 15-20 hours/week
All employees must comply with HIPAA & HITRUST security requirements.

Requirements:- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook and ability to learn new technology
- Good organizational, communication, and analytical skills and detail orientation
- Professional, reliable, and punctual office presence
- Previous administrative experience in healthcare or public health settings is a plus but not required.
