Engineering representative

We are seeking an Engineering Representative to support our North America and global region business through an upcoming period of growth. In this role, you will be the face of our company, working closely with the program team & manufacturing team in Sungwoo Hitech HQ in Korea and Sungwoo Hitech Global as well as our OEM customers. Key Responsibilities

· Using abilities for 2D AutoCAD & 3D Model for NX UG (Middle grade)

· Need to have a basic understanding of mechanical and automotive structure.

· The BOM and requirements should be configured and organized for the RFQ package.

· Conduct simulations to evaluate formability under future conditions.

· need to support (to attend PDT meeting) the engineering team at our headquarters in Korea (HQ)

· need to find a supplier that meets the customer's requirements and work together to do technical f/u work.

· Main contact between Sungwoo Hitech and OEM customers in North America and other global regions as well

· Communication regarding all customer request/meeting.

· Business trips to US local area as well as other countries depending on customer location is required as needed.

· Support current business activities with customers, when required, by being the company representative.

· Engineering analysis (presentation file & specific report) for new RFQs and new launch.

· Lead to create and present technical reviews to customers with engineering team in HQ.

Requirement

· Authorized to work in the U.S.

· Professional working proficiency both of Korean (reading, writing, speaking) and English

· (Prefer) 0-3 years of work experience / Internship Completed / Recent Graduate with Degree acceptable

· Prefer work experience in Engineering for automotive industry but not required if the candidate has a mindset to learn new processes and contents.

Salary: Start at $65,000 per year and can be varied depending on the relevant work experience and qualifications.
