Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by handling calls, radio traffic, and site-specific security-related communications in a professional manner.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, phones, and/or dispatch systems to identify unusual activity and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Dispatch personnel to reported issues, facility needs, and/or emergency situations across the location, while maintaining clear communication with site contacts and responding teams.
• Document incidents, activities, and dispatch information in logs and reports, helping support accurate records for security-related and operational follow-up.
• Support site procedures by coordinating responses to access concerns, after-hours activity, and/or perimeter issues, and by helping direct regular and random patrol activity around the business and perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess supervisory experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
