Call Center Customer Service Agent
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will work directly in our local call center delivering excellent customer service. This is an onsite position focused on call center operations, meaning you will work side-by-side with your team in the center. As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you will handle inbound calls, provide top-tier customer service, troubleshoot appliance issues, and offer extended service plans to customers.
What You Will Do- Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume call center environment.
- Use your customer service skills to actively listen to client needs and confidently offer solutions.
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining an efficient call center workflow.
- Turn customer service interactions into value-driven opportunities by selling product protection plans.
- Customer service mindset with a friendly, professional phone presence.
- Ability to work daily in our center (remember, this is not a work-from-home role).
- Comfortable blending customer service with basic sales negotiation.
- Solid computer and multitasking skills required for call center software.
- $16.50 per hour starting pay

education: High School Responsibilities What you’ll do:
- Answer inbound calls from curious folks who want to make sure they’re covered for the long haul or are looking to resolve an appliance-related issue
- Offer troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing appliance difficulties
- Build relationships with customers and ensure they understand the value of the extra protection while explaining the value of the service plans and answering any questions customers may have
- Must be available to work a 40-hour schedule
- High School Diploma/GED
- Intermediate computer skills
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Functioning smartphone for multi-factor authentication
