Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of four who are focused on building strong relationships and delivering excellent service. I began my career as a State Farm team member right after graduating high school, and this is the only industry Ive ever worked in. That experience has given me a deep understanding of the business and a strong commitment to helping both customers and team members succeed. We stay involved locally as a member of the Howell Chamber of Commerce and believe in being active and present in the community we serve. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jared Trella - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
