Scheduling specialist

We are looking for a highly organized, high attention to detail person with medical experience desired. Seeking someone with scheduling experience desired.
Primary Duties:
- Schedules visits to ensure that caregivers are following the service plan and are performing their duties properly.
- Responsible for ensuring that the required supervisory visit schedule is followed and up to date.
- Provides hands-on care giving as needed in emergency situations.
- Carries the on-call phone as assigned.
- Completes calls for phone screen potential caregivers as needed.
- Ensures all caregivers are reminded of their upcoming shifts.
- Follows up on caregivers periodically when first shifts are completed.
- Conducts caregiver training on the job as needed.
- Assists in the office periodically as needed.
- Assist with paperwork periodically for new client's and coordinate with care coordinators on assignments.
- Participates in occasional marketing activities such as health fairs, conference exhibits, etc.
- Complete general office tasks as assigned.
