Salary Range: $136,000 - $187,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibility for production, maintenance, quality, and shipping.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the plant management team and entire workforce.
• Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality systems.
• Manage the plant budget, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles across all processes.
• Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in plant management or a senior manufacturing leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and drive operational efficiencies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development and safety culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, automation, predictive maintenance)
• MBA or Master's degree in a related technical or business field
• Proven experience in successful union relations and negotiations
