RECEPTIONIST – CANNABIS RETAIL
📍 Location: DACUT Cannabis Retail
💰 Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | 30–40 hours per week

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our valued guests. POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Receptionist, you will play a vital front-facing role in our store. You’ll be responsible for warmly welcoming customers, managing check-ins, and supporting the daily flow of retail operations. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and communication skills will help shape a positive customer experience from the moment they walk through the door.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and check in all customers in a professional, friendly manner

• Answer inquiries regarding store policies, products, and cannabis regulations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby/front desk area

• Assist in managing inventory-related tasks and front-of-house logistics

• Stay informed about current store offerings and industry updates

• Ensure all front-desk operations comply with company and state regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred

• Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required

• General knowledge of cannabis products and consumption methods, or willingness to learn

• Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Must be 21+ and able to pass any required background checks
