Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all facility systems and production equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations (EHS) and internal policies.
• Manage the facilities budget, including capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operational expenditures (OPEX).
• Oversee all facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers for facility services.
• Optimize utility consumption and manage energy efficiency initiatives across the plant.
• Lead, train, and develop the facilities maintenance team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and industrial utilities.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and developing robust preventative maintenance programs.
• Proven track record of successfully managing facilities-related capital projects, renovations, and equipment installations.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, building codes, and environmental compliance pertinent to manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and managing a team of facilities technicians and skilled trades.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
• Knowledge of specialized manufacturing utilities (e.g., industrial compressed air, process water, cleanroom HVAC systems).
