Ive been a State Farm Agent here in South Lyon since 2001, and my roots in this community run deep. Im an active Chamber of Commerce member, a youth hockey coach, and a familiar face at local events. As a Michigan Tech graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I bring a problem-solving mindset to the way we serve our customers and support our team. In our office, I offer a strong worklife balance and a 401k program for employees. As we continue to grow, Im looking for coachable, motivated go-getters who want to build a rewarding career and make a real impact in the community. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Aaron Daavettila - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
