Ive been a State Farm Agent here in South Lyon since 2001, and my roots in this community run deep. Im an active Chamber of Commerce member, a youth hockey coach, and a familiar face at local events. As a Michigan Tech graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I bring a problem-solving mindset to the way we serve our customers and support our team. In our office, I offer a strong worklife balance and a 401k program for employees. As we continue to grow, Im looking for coachable, motivated go-getters who want to build a rewarding career and make a real impact in the community. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Aaron Daavettila - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
