Position Highlights
Clinic Schedule: 3-4 days per week in the office
Hospital Coverage: 3-4 twenty-four (24) hour shifts per month (with the option to split into 12-hour shifts when mutually agreeable with the team). One weekend shift per month
Paid Time Off: 4 weeks of paid vacation + 1 week of paid continuing medical education (CME) annually
Professional Expenses: Practice pays for all professional dues, licenses, and malpractice insurance

Key Responsibilities
Provide full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology care in the outpatient setting
Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies, deliveries, and postpartum care
Perform gynecologic procedures, surgeries, and office-based procedures
Participate in hospital call coverage for labor and delivery, gynecologic emergencies, and consultations
Collaborate with a supportive team of physicians and advanced practice providers
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a team-oriented environment
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Eligible for medical licensure in California
Strong clinical skills in both obstetrics and gynecology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
