Salary Range: $90,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Manage the maintenance department budget, including spare parts inventory and purchasing.
• Optimize equipment uptime and overall plant reliability through effective maintenance strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies for all maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with production to minimize operational disruptions and downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and CMMS utilization.
• Strong technical knowledge of diverse manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing maintenance teams, fostering a safety-first culture, and driving continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in advanced CMMS/EAM system optimization or implementation.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Demonstrated experience with predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging).
