Validation Engineer

Are you ready to shape the future of autonomous driving and automotive safety? We are seeking an Environmental Validation Engineer to lead product validation activities for next-generation camera and vision systems from initial concept to final customer acceptance.

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:
- Analyze customer specifications to write detailed validation plans, define budgets, and lead failure-mode analysis
- Set up, program, and run automated test benches using NI LabVIEW and TestStand alongside lab equipment like thermal and IP chambers
- Manage lab schedules, coordinate technicians, allocate benches, and control validation costs
- Interface with international teams and customers to track failures, run QRQC problem-solving, and deliver test compliance reports (ASPICE/ISO)
