Flatrock is looking for an Office Manager for our lawncare and maintenance company, Total Care - This is a temporary position with the possibility of it moving into a full-time role - This position will start June 1st and will last 4-6 months with possibly continuing longer.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Maintenance Supervisor and Project Manager with daily administrative tasks
- Maintain and organize records, reports, and maintenance documentation
- Prepare and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of work orders
- Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Coordinate communication between maintenance and upper management team
- Complete and track maintenance-related paperwork for all Flatrock locations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of office management experience required, in lawncare/maintenance a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
