Summary Job Description:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team, specializing in selling advanced simulation-based training solutions to the railway industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key decision-makers, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with clients in the railway sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a methodical approach to defining and working through the sales cycle and the ability to articulate the value of cutting-edge training solutions. An understanding of the mobility and railway industries is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the railway industry to drive new business opportunities.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the railway sector.

  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and align solutions with their training and operational goals.

  • Present and demonstrate simulation-based training solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals that meet both company and client expectations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and technical support, to ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of market dynamics and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management.

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company’s offerings.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and collateral to support sales initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate customer, sales stage and sales data in SalesForce.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product offerings, technological advancements, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role;
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field;
  • In-depth knowledge of the simulation industry;
  • Expert-level knowledge of sales, account management and marketing principles;
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and SalesForce;
