Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.

• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D departments to ensure seamless product introduction and sustainment.

• Ensure all engineering designs, processes, and equipment comply with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
• Develop and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with overall manufacturing strategic goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) relevant to manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing production efficiency and quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team leadership.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• PMP or other recognized project management certification
• Experience with ERP or PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Siemens Teamcenter)
• MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field
