Experienced Journeyman Plumber

Fathom Plumbing Solutions is a family-run company in Ann Arbor, MI, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a full-time Experienced Plumber to join our team.

Compensation:

• Competitive Pay: This full-time role pays $35.50 – $45.50 per hour with options for performance compensation, bonuses, and piecework pay. We're offering a $4,000 sign-on bonus !
• Work Schedule: You'll work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm , with a predictable schedule and no emergency calls unless you choose to take them.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

As an Experienced Plumber, you'll handle residential and light commercial plumbing service calls-diagnosing issues, making repairs, and installing new systems. You'll use ServiceTitan on your iPad to track jobs and can earn extra bonuses through smart upsells. Some days you'll work on your own, and other days you'll lead apprentices, helping them learn and making sure the job is done right. Customer service will be a big part of your day, as you'll be expected to provide honest, high-quality work that builds trust. You'll also have the chance to give feedback, help improve processes, and grow your own skills with paid training in safety, technical work, sales, and leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Journeyman plumbing license in Michigan
• 3+ years of plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a lead role
• Strong troubleshooting skills with consistent, high-quality installations and maintenance
• Strong computer literacy
• Organized, self-directed, and excellent at customer communication
• Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring apprentices and contributing to the team

At least one year of construction experience is preferred. Proficiency with ServiceTitan is also a plus.

YOU'LL BE WORKING IN:

Most jobs are within 30 miles of the 48109 area. Occasionally, you may travel out of state 1 – 3 times a year, but that can be negotiated. You'll report to a central location before heading to your job sites, though dispatch-from-home is also an option.
