CRM Program Administrator
- Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, profiles, roles and permission sets.
- Build and maintain key dashboards and reports to ensure accurate and timely updates on the performance of the Sales team.
- Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows to meet business requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data cleansing, validation rules, and duplicate management. Assist in data migration and integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
- Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Design and implement automation using workflows, process builder and Flow to improve operation efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices for security and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to understand evolving business requirements and drive innovation through Salesforce capabilities.
- Drive development of Salesforce campaigns to prospective and current customers via Salesforce Account Engagement
- Working knowledge and Salesforce integration with ZoomInfo preferred
- Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions to explore the full potential of Salesforce.
- Provide Senior Leadership with updates on reports and statistics on the sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree in an Information Systems or Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2-5 years of experience with Salesforce required
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security features
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills in organizing, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a self-guided role.
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems and programs needed to perform the job.
- Experience working within a sales organization.
- Excellent decision-making and data processing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
