Assistant Project Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

As the Assistant Project Manager you will hands on supporting and working alongside with the upper management team being responsible for managing projects from purchase order to customer site installation ensuring customer satisfaction along the way. Strong candidates will demonstrate the ability to communicate with upper management, project team and customers to ensure services meet customer needs.

Duties:

• Overseeing projects including chlorination, flushing, and sampling while being onsite.
• Support upper management with site visits, damage control, project coordination and customer relationship.
• Analyzing data and tracking and reporting project progress.
• Response to all customers in a timely manner (customer complaints, request, etc.) via email, by phone and in person.

Assistant Project Coordinator Qualifications:

Requirements (or based on experience with all listed info below)

• Previous Service Tech or leadership experience preferred.
• Plumbing or Mechanical field experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hand tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, ability to work with little supervision.
• Excellent problem solving – hands on work

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
