Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience delivering OT services within a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of developmental milestones and evidence-based interventions tailored for elementary-aged students
• Exceptional communication skills for effectively collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Organizational skills to manage caseload and required documentation efficiently

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-5 students, using individualized plans to help them thrive academically and socially
• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and monitor progress toward goals
• Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Assist in adapting classroom materials and activities to promote student access and participation
• Maintain accurate records and meet compliance deadlines for documentation and reports
• Educate staff and families on sensory strategies, fine motor development, and other relevant topics
