POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for Global LTs billing and various other administrative and processing responsibilities.

This is a Part Time position at least 30 hours per week.
This is ahybrid position of 2 days in office and 3 days remote.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate invoices and credit memos according to client instructions

Enter information into electronic accounting and operation systems

Order entry and processing

Answer customer billing questions and troubleshoot billing issues and inquiries in a timely manner

Provide administrative support to internal departments as needed

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by department manager

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must be proficient in Windows and MS Office applications emphasis on Excel skills required

Experience with generating invoices and creating credit memos is helpful

Ability to communicate professionally in a diverse environment

Exhibit exceptional skills in organization accuracy consistency and attention to detail

Team-oriented and comfortable working remotely from home

Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks

Must be a self-starter with the drive to research show creativity and recommend efficiency improvements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

2 years of accounting or administrative experience preferred
