Massage Therapist Responsibilities:

• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional care and ongoing treatment plans.
• Promote member referrals and memberships to encourage return clientele.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in therapy rooms and common areas.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Massage Therapy License in the state in which you're applying (required).
• Liability insurance (required).
• Strong communication skills with clients, management, and fellow team members.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage (required); other modalities (e.g., Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Reiki, Deep Tissue) are a plus—we offer training in all these areas!

Flexible Work Options:

• Part-Time: 10-20 services per week.
• Full-Time: 25+ services per week.
