Location: Hybrid – Southfield, MI (1 day on-site, 4 days remote)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Coordinator with strong Excel skills to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals passionate about customer service and data accuracy. You’ll play a key part in supporting fleet operations, managing order data, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support fleet customers and dealers with order entry, corrections, changes, and expediting.
• Create and distribute reports using Excel for fleet customers and internal teams.
• Research and respond to vehicle content inquiries and scheduling/logistics issues.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, credit/rebill issues, and incentive concerns.
• Provide timely responses to fleet inquiries (within 24 hours).
• Participate in meetings and provide status updates.
• Utilize CRM tools for account and customer management.
• Interpret and update complex datasets in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required).
• Prior experience in customer support or order management.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
