We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support our Project Managers in overseeing multiple industrial projects.
The ideal candidate is hyper-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented—a true self-starter with a strong backbone who can handle high expectations.

You'll be trusted with significant responsibilities and expected to deliver top-tier results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution
Analyze and interpret civil drawings with precision and confidence
Manage 2-4 projects simultaneously, ranging from $150K to $400K+
Leverage AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook to keep projects on track
Bring a keen eye for detail and exceptional follow-through to every aspect of your work

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer
Industrial construction experience is a plus but not required
Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings with confidence
A Type A personality—organized, proactive, and driven to get things done
Ability to work independently and excel under high expectations
A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Proficiency in AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook is required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Companies ATS Questions):

1. Do you have a minimum of 6 years of experience in testing web applications

2. Do you have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with App PenTest tools such as Burp Suite and Owasp Zap

3. Do you have the ability to "think outside the box" and manually discover vulnerabilities and weaknesses in OWASP Top 10 without scanning

4. Do you have understanding of MITRE Framework and adversarial methodologies

5. Do you have a Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience

6. Do you have Offensive security or penetration testing certifications - a plu

7. Do you have a Certificates of attendance for completing penetration testing & red teaming courses - a plus

8. Do you have passion for participating in Capture the Flags (CTFs) and training (TryHackMe, HackTheBox, etc) - a plus

9. Do you have the ability to work under pressure, multitask and be flexible - a plus
