Production Worker

Job Title: Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Conduct final inspections of parts for quality assurance.
• Use micrometers and calipers to perform spot checks on final products.
• Inspect for any flashes, scratches, dents, or chips.
• Ensure each part meets specifications before loading for delivery.
• Maintain efficiency by inspecting and loading 25-30 parts per hour.
• Adapt to shift changes as needed, being flexible for both 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated longevity in previous roles.
• Experience in a Production/Machine Operator role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with blueprint reading.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience working 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Machining and injection molding experience for Core candidates.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.13 - $23.13/hr.
