Arcflo LLC-Electrical Technician III

The Electrical Technician III is responsible for assisting with the manufacture of wire harness, cable assemblies and custom electrical box builds while adhering to safety and quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Always maintain a safe work environment and practices for self and others
- Read and interpret electrical assembly prints, route sheets and work sheets
- Ability to gather materials and tooling in a safe and organized manner
- Perform numerous hand assembly operations based on detailed instructions
- Operate manual and semi-automatic wire process equipment per instruction
- Assists with routing and assembly of wire, cable, and components for electrical enclosures and harnesses
- Perform visual, dimensional, and electrical inspections of in process and finished products
- Actively participates in company initiatives such as process improvements, achieve and understand your impact on the company KPI's, cost savings. etc.
- Stay abreast of communication, understand and act in accord with ArcFlo standards of conduct, policies, and procedures
- Timely communicate ideas and feedback using appropriate communication means
- Contribute to ArcFlo cultural vision including but not limited to working in a positive fashion with teammates and leadership, taking initiative, and having ownership of work
- Flexible, performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 months to 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills, Talents and/or Characteristics
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical prints
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Use appropriate tools as required
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Complete each job thoroughly and correctly
- Dependable and conducts work in a thorough and accurate manner
- Ability to communicate effectively, professionally across all departments
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stoop and bend, climbing underneath machines, and working in overhead structures. The employee is regularly required to walk, stand and use hands and fingers. The employee must regularly reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The employee must wear safety glasses with side shields and safety toed shoes while performing the duties of this job.
